I got to know Niveen by following her on her YouTube channel which contains very useful information for anyone concerned with real estate in Southern California and the state of California in general. I have lately used Niveen's expertise in purchasing a house in Eastvale area and she was very persistent in arranging private tours and showings to a large number of properties within a short period of time that did not exceed 2 weeks. Throughout the whole process, Niveen dealt with a high standard of professionalism, knowledge and absolute transparency. I would highly recommend her for all your real estate needs!

I'm so glad I met Niveen. She was the only agent to call me back out of all the agents I contacted online. Initially I didn't take her seriously, but her persistence and diligence won me over. Through her suggestions I found a place that we are very happy with.

We don't know how to thank Niveen enough for work and uncounted hours of communications and follow-ups until we closed our house deal. With all honesty, the reviews are not fair enough as she deserves way more. Niveen is super friendly and treats you like family. It has been such a pleasure working with Niveen! I initially submitted a request to get more info on a property, as I did with many properties, and she was the only agent to call and ask me what I'm interested in and offered to help me find what I'm looking for. I was blown away by how courteous and kind she was and am so glad she called me. Niveen is extremely helpful, very attentive, and honest. She also will make suggestions to help us explore areas or types of homes that haven't thought of. She's also very knowledgeable of the areas we were looking in and was able to offer tips and recommend places nearby. No words can ever explain how much I appreciate what Niveen did for me and my daughters. As a first time tenant who just returned back to the US after several years of being overseas, I knew it was going to be difficult but I never knew it was going to be almost impossible.
